Red Door Analytics
The brief

What we need to respond

Sixteen fields, seven of them required — the same five things this page has always asked for, now as a form rather than a list to remember while you write an email. Nothing is hidden behind a disclosure.

Who’s asking

So we know who to reply to, and under which jurisdiction the contract would sit.

01 The engagement

Which of the four we would be delivering. Pick “more than one of these” if the request spans them.

02 The scientific scope

The part that decides who answers you. As far as you can share it today — if an NDA has to come first, say so in 05 and keep this brief.

03 Timelines and deadlines

We work to your dates. A firm response deadline changes how we schedule the reply, so it is worth giving even when it is tight.

04 Procurement format

Tell us the paperwork and we will complete it in your format rather than sending you ours.

A portal or share link is fine. We do not open it automatically.

05 NDA

If one is needed before detailed discussion, say so here and nothing detailed goes in an email until it is signed.

Anything else

We acknowledge within two working days. Your details are never shared — see our privacy policy.

How your data is handled. The arrangements are set per engagement, in writing, before any data moves — because what governs the data depends on the data. A Swedish register study runs under its ethics approval and the register holder’s conditions; a trial dataset runs under your contract and your data-transfer terms. We work to whichever governs yours rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Two things you can rely on before any of that is agreed: an NDA can be signed first — say so in section 05 above and nothing detailed goes in an email until it is in place — and we complete vendor questionnaires, security reviews and data-protection documentation in your format rather than sending you ours.

For our security documentation and standard data-processing terms, ask on the form and choose “Security or validation documentation”.
