Privacy policy

Who we are

This website (reddooranalytics.se) and the Red Door Analytics Academy, where our online courses are taught, are operated by Red Door Analytics AB, a company registered in Sweden, with its registered office at Valfrid Palmgrens gata 4, 113 69 Stockholm. For any privacy questions we are the data controller, and you can reach us at contact@reddooranalytics.se.

This is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no comment sections, and no e-commerce. We do not profile visitors or sell anyone's data.

Personal data we collect

We only receive personal data that you choose to give us:

• When you contact us — by email, by phone, or through a form on the site — we receive your name, your contact details, your organisation and role, and the content of your message or request.
• If you ask to be told when a package is released, we receive the email address you give and which package you asked about — nothing else.
• If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive the email address you provide.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are also stored in our own systems, hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU (Sweden), so that we can respond, keep track of course and release interest, and honour the commitments this policy makes. Anonymous counts — for example, how many people asked about a course — are kept separately and contain no personal data.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry or to send you the updates you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent (which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services.

Cookies and analytics

The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that build a profile of you. We use Plausible Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read: it sets no cookies, does not follow you between websites, and does not build a profile of you. Its script is loaded from plausible.io on every page of this site, including the interactive tools. Any cookies set by third-party embedded content are described below.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages embed third-party content, such as videos from YouTube. When you play or interact with that content, the provider may set its own cookies and collect data about your interaction exactly as if you had visited their website directly. This processing is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

Hosting and service providers

The site is delivered as static files by our hosting provider, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in standard server logs to serve the site reliably and protect it from abuse. We may also use trusted processors to handle email correspondence and, if applicable, newsletter delivery. We do not transfer your data to anyone for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Form submissions and enquiry correspondence are deleted after 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time. The newsletter covers new and updated courses, the papers and software we publish, and news from the company, and goes out roughly monthly; we do not use it for anything else. The anonymous counts described above are kept indefinitely, because they contain no personal data.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or ask us to restrict its processing; and withdraw your consent (for example, by unsubscribing) at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@reddooranalytics.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.

This policy was last revised on 4 September 2026. Form submissions record the policy version in force at the moment they are sent, so we can always say what you were told when you wrote to us.
