Definitions
- Company means Red Door Analytics AB, a company registered in Sweden with number 559351-8359, with registered address at Valfrid Palmgrens gata 4, 113 69 Stockholm, Sweden.
Warranty and Liability
- All software packages and online course material developed and released by the Company are made available as is, with no warranty.
- In no event will Red Door Analytics, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, or any websites linked to this Site.
Online Courses
- The Company reserves its copyright in all materials provided for all courses.
- The Company reserves the right to alter course materials, published schedules and format at any time.
Training Schools
- The Company reserves its copyright in all materials provided for all courses.
- The Company reserves the right to alter course materials, published schedules, course lecturers and format at any time.
- Payment of School fees is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay by the due date will result in registration being immediately cancelled.
- Cancellation must be done by e-mail at least 4 weeks before the applicable School starts. If cancellation is requested 7-28 days before the School, 50% of the fee will be refunded. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the School, no refund will be given.
- Red Door Analytics AB reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or training school, in which case fees will be refunded in full. Red Door Analytics AB reserves the right to change the venue of any course or school. In the case of cancellation, Red Door Analytics AB will not be held liable for registrants travel or accommodation costs. Please ensure you have travel insurance for the duration of your trip and School.
- Participants have to book their accommodation themselves directly with the hotels.
Effective Date and Updates
- The Terms are effective as of April 27th, 2023 and are subject to change without notice by Red Door Analytics at any time. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
