Flexible parametric survival analysis

Latest stable release: v1.85

strcs provides a cutting-edge implementation for survival analysis, modelling the baseline log hazard function, and any time-dependent effects, with restricted cubic splines. A wide range of predictions are available after estimation.

Developed by Dr Hannah Bower, Director of Applied Biostatistics at Red Door Analytics, strcs is a freely available Stata package available both on our GitHub page, and directly installable from the SSC archive.

Installation

The latest stable version of strcs is available on the Statistical Software Components archive, and can be installed directly in Stata by typing:

ssc install strcs
